Bangkok Trip Day 2 - Canal Tour
we woke up real early for a morning tour, we even skip breakfast for this...but it was worth it. we bought the package from BKK airport itself & thought that it was the floating market we so wanna visit. Turns out..its some canal tour!!! our personal tour guide told us the floating market is outside BKK, the canal tour is only for sight-seeing. Know what it means by language barrier?!...this is it.
I like the services, though. sweetie & i got a personal driver(Volvo) that drove us thru & fro to our destination & a personal guide that provide us knowledge of the place. The various temples and buildings around is what made the trip worth. The distinct decor of the temples made our snaps look so picture perfect..
sweetie say we can sell these photos as postcards...its not really the skill of the photographer more like the sceneries...
we got to see how people live offshore the canal...
we had a new discovery too..we had to wait 5-10mins outside some concrete gateways which they will automatically shut down when there's a high tide so as to smoothen the flow in the canal
after which we got a 45mins stop over at some snake farm & coffee house where we stuff our hungry soul with tibits...(#*&(#$&^(@$...coz there's nothing much to eat there.

i refuse to carry the snake & was reluctant to even stand close to one..i'm not a GREAT fan of snakes...
i'm actually quite sadden by the way they treat the wild life here...their living condition is real pathetic

can't believe i took at least a week to finish this entry..was sooo caught up with work & all...sometimes i'm just too lazy or tired to blog...

i don't want blogging to be such a chore for me..it has to be an interest so if i'm constantly being pushed to blog, i'll lost all my motivation to carry on...
